Informational site only

The site describes consulting services and provides general information. It is not legal, financial, medical, employment, or other professional advice. Website content is not a proposal, guarantee, or consulting agreement. Any paid work requires a separate written agreement, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

AI voice demonstration

The voice demo is an illustrative interaction with an AI assistant for a fictional business, currently a fictional residential plumbing company. It is not a human dispatcher or a live service for a real business. The demo classifies the described call and shows the action a live deployment would take. It does not place phone calls, transfer callers, notify any plumber, dispatch anyone, create bookings, accept payment, or produce real revenue; any outcomes shown are simulated labels. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed.

A separate fictional gym scenario remains available at /demo; it creates only a simulated staff queue item and does not contact a real gym or complete a booking.

The demo records and transcribes microphone audio after you affirmatively consent. Do not start the demo unless you are legally able to consent to that recording and processing. Do not submit a real name, contact details, health or payment information, confidential information, information about a minor, or content you do not have permission to provide. You may stop the call at any time.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful, personal, or internal business evaluation. You may not interfere with the site, bypass safeguards, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, introduce malicious code, overload the service, impersonate another person, violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, use the demo for emergency communications, or use automated means to scrape or abuse the service.

Ownership

The site’s design, text, graphics, demonstrations, and other original content are owned by Sommers Systems or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to access the site for its intended purpose. No other rights are transferred.

You retain any rights you have in content you provide. You grant us and our service providers the limited rights necessary to process that content to operate, secure, and support the site and demo, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services and links

The site relies on third-party services, including Retell AI and Cloudflare, and may link to other websites. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, or independent practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms and policies.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, demo, and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, business results, recovered leads, response times, or compatibility with your systems.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sommers Systems and its owner, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the site or demo.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from or related to the site or demo will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of these provisions may not apply to you.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your use of the site and the content you provide. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Sommers Systems for reasonable losses, liabilities, and expenses resulting from your unlawful use, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or demo at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in San Diego County, California, unless applicable law requires another forum. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
