EMERGENCY REVENUE RECOVERY · SAN DIEGO COUNTY PLUMBERS
Not another morning follow-up list.
When an after-hours call sounds urgent, the system classifies it, reaches the on-call plumber, attempts a warm transfer, and records the outcome. Routine calls wait. Emergencies move now.
CLASSIFY · ESCALATE · WARM-TRANSFER · ATTRIBUTE · REPORT
FICTIONAL EXAMPLE · HUMAN DISPATCH DECISION · VERIFIED OUTCOMES ONLY
01 · THE LEAK
The highest-value calls are the least willing to wait. The product is the moment a real plumber starts moving, not the transcript waiting at breakfast.
At 9:06pm, a water heater is leaking into a garage. Voicemail answers. The caller opens the next Google listing.
A burst-pipe caller hangs up during the greeting because nobody is moving on the emergency now.
You answer from under a sink, but the address and callback details never reach the on-call technician.
A tenant explains the leak. The property owner’s number is buried halfway through a three-minute message.
The next morning, there is no clean record of which missed call became a job or how much revenue was recovered.
02 · THE RECOVERY LOOP
The browser demo proves the conversation and classification logic. A client’s live phone deployment adds the on-call transfer and backup-alert path.
The assistant identifies itself, gives the recording notice, and answers immediately.
It separates a safety event, an immediate plumbing emergency, an urgent call, and routine work.
For a qualified emergency, the on-call plumber is contacted during the caller’s live phone call.
If the plumber answers, the assistant gives a private summary and connects both people.
If nobody answers, the backup alert and owned queue fire. The final job outcome is tracked to verified revenue.
If nobody answers, the system says so, sends the approved backup alert, and creates an urgent owned item. It never pretends dispatch occurred.
03 · SAFETY AND CONTROL
Gas smell, fire, electrical danger, sewage exposure, or anyone in immediate danger follows an owner-approved safety script and emergency-services direction. The assistant does not troubleshoot.
The plumbing company approves the exact classification rules, on-call order, backup path, transfer hours, safety wording, and what the assistant may say before any live call is routed.
04 · HARD BOUNDARIES
The system acts quickly only inside a narrow, approved lane. These limits protect the caller, the plumbing company, and the credibility of the recovered-revenue report.
The assistant classifies what the caller reports. It never tells someone how to repair, shut down, or troubleshoot plumbing equipment.
A warm transfer connects the caller to a real person. The AI never says a plumber is on the way unless that person confirms it.
It does not quote a fee, estimate the work, collect payment, or improvise from an old price sheet.
Revenue is counted only after the plumbing company confirms the job and completed value. A call or estimate is not revenue.
06 · THE RECEIPT
The monthly report follows each call from answer to business outcome. Revenue stays unattributed until the plumbing company confirms a completed job value.
On-call plumber connected during the call. Final invoice confirmed by the client.
Backup alert acknowledged. Appointment booked; value pending completion.
Answered from the approved knowledge base. No revenue attributed.
ILLUSTRATIVE DATA · NEVER PRESENTED AS A CLIENT RESULT
07 · FIT
The first three pilots stay in one niche. Shops using Jobber or Housecall Pro are qualified on whether the bundled receptionist already solves live escalation and reporting.
After-hours calls have real urgency and a real chance of becoming same-night work.
The system needs an approved primary and backup person who can make the dispatch decision.
Your team marks whether the call became an appointment, a completed job, or no sale so the report remains honest.
08 · THE FOUNDER

I’m Tony Sommers, based in San Diego County. I build operational AI systems around approved rules, human escalation, and a reviewable receipt. One document-intake system I built produces high-level legal briefs and saves a San Francisco lawyer an average of 10 hours a week.
09 · MISSED-CALL AUDIT
Send Tony the number customers call, where that number goes after hours, and when he can reach you. He’ll review the path before discussing software or a pilot.
It gives Tony enough context to prepare a useful first conversation. It does not activate an AI agent, route a phone call, or enroll you in marketing.
10 · 14-DAY PILOT
The $250 activation configures the phone path, approved classification rules, on-call order, warm-transfer behavior, fallback alert, and reporting ledger. The 14 live days begin after the owner signs off on testing.
At day 14, pay the remaining $500 only if you choose to keep the system. Managed monitoring and reporting continue at $400/month after continuation.
